Exporting to Text File

Hello,

I have experience exporting attributes from a DOORS module to excel, but in this instance I need to export the attributes of each object to a text file instead. The script will need to loop through objects (each object will export to a new text file) The format of the text file will be as follows:

OBJECT NAME

////////////////////////////////////////

ATTRIBUTE 1

////////////////////////////////////////

ATTRIBUTE 2

////////////////////////////////////////

I was wondering if there was a way to export directly from DXL to a text file. I could export it to excel and somehow convert it to text from there, but it would be a lot easier to do it right in DXL.
